Ok, step by step
Draw a right triangle, the hight of the baloon is the vertical leg, the horizontal leg will be the dist the ballon is away from where you are standing in the horizontal direction and the angle of 75 degrees will be the angle opposite to the height. The hypot will be the 30 meter line length
You want to know the height, so use the sine function
Sine (angle) = opposite/hypotenuse
Sine (75 degrees) = height/30m
Sine (75 degrees) * 30m = height
Height = 28.98 m
