Can I take a backpack and a luggage bag on board a plane?

What I want to know is if I can bring a backpack instead of a purse…it weighs under 15kg
Yes, I always bring a backpack as my personal item, and have never had a problem. Just keep in mind that you will need to keep it at your feet, cutting into your foot space.
